We are currently offering free shipping on all US and international orders!
If you placed an order with us recently, your order may take longer to get to you than normal. Due to the current health pandemic, our warehouse team is operating with limited hours as safety is our core priority and mail carriers are operating at smaller capacity. We appreciate your patience during this challenging time!
Orders typically ship from our fulfillment center within 3-6 business days of your order confirmation. We are a small team working as hard as we can so we appreciate your understanding!
Do expect delays for the package to arrive at your destination. Unfortunately once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays and due to the current health pandemic causing new shipping restrictions, resulting in a delay to deliver the packages which we are unable to control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
